Products Description

The RBZCJ-1 is an integrated biological aerosol monitoring and detection system designed for real-time early warning and rapid assessment of airborne biological contamination. It continuously monitors bioaerosol levels and, when abnormal levels are detected, can automatically trigger high-flow sampling, screen the collected samples, and retain samples for subsequent laboratory analysis.
By integrating monitoring, sampling, detection, and sample retention into one system, the RBZCJ-1 provides a more complete workflow for biological aerosol surveillance and contamination investigation.
1. Real-Time Bioaerosol Monitoring and Early Warning
The monitoring unit uses laser-induced fluorescence to continuously monitor airborne particles and identify biological aerosol signals.
With a response time of less than 30 seconds and sensitivity of ≤50 ACPLA, the system provides rapid indication of abnormal bioaerosol levels. Its anti-interference design helps reduce false alarms caused by non-biological sources such as plant particles, vehicle exhaust, cigarette smoke, and fluorescent agents.
When an abnormal bioaerosol concentration is detected, the system can automatically initiate the next stage of sampling and detection.
2. High-Flow Sampling for Efficient Bioaerosol Collection
The sampling unit uses a wet-wall cyclone principle with a flow rate of 350 L/min. The high sampling flow enables efficient collection of biological aerosols from a large volume of air within a relatively short period.
Sampling can be configured from 1 to 10 minutes according to the monitoring requirements. The collected biological aerosol samples can be retained for further identification or subsequent laboratory analysis, providing additional information beyond the initial real-time warning.
3. Integrated Automatic Detection and Identification
Following sample collection, the automatic detection unit uses time-resolved fluorescence technology combined with an immunochromatographic method for further screening of biological aerosol samples.
The system can synchronously detect up to 10 target types, depending on the test strips used. Supported targets include anthrax, plague, tularemia, brucellosis, yaws, cholera O1, typhus, COVID-19, and E. coli O157.
With a synchronized sample detection time of approximately 8 minutes, the RBZCJ-1 provides a rapid route from abnormal bioaerosol monitoring to targeted sample screening.
4. Integrated and Automated Operation
The RBZCJ-1 combines monitoring, sampling, detection, and sample retention within one integrated platform. Automated operation helps reduce manual intervention during the sampling and identification process, while the self-diagnostic function monitors key operating conditions such as light-source power and air pressure.
The system is designed for consistent operation and helps minimize cross-contamination during sample collection and identification.
